We buy and renovate properties in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, UK. These are then either available for sale or to let.

Do you do renovation work for other people?
No, we only buy and renovate our own properties.

Do you do all the work yourself?
Yes pretty much! We don't do roofing work, window installation or gas work, but apart from that we can get most jobs done.

Do you sell or rent the properties when they are completed?
That depends on many things such as the type of property we're renovating and the current market conditions for rental and sales.

Can I view or register my interest in the properties you are working on before they are completed?
Yes, if you are interested in any of the properties we are working on, we strongly suggest you get in touch with us as soon as possible. Most of the previous developments have been let or sold long before they were completed!
