This project is split into two parts the installation of a new bathroom suite and the construction of a larger shed and intergrated greenhouse.

Bathroom suite:

• New white bathroom suite with whirlpool bath
• "Rain shower" over the bath
• Flush wall mounted three way diverter valve to fill bath and control shower
• Extractor fan over shower head activated by water flow in the shower pipe
• Lighting controlled by proximity switches
• Ceiling mounted radio
• Fully tiled walls
• Inset spot lighting and colour changing LED lighting
• Storage cupboards
• Designer towel radiator
• Built-in sink with storage cupboard underneath
• Vinyl floor

Shed and greenhouse:

• Concrete base
• Standard timber construction
• Pitched felt roof
• Single window and door
• Drainage system into water butt used to water the greenhouse
• Standard 8ftx4ft lean-to greenhouse
