December 2008:
	3rd December 2008 The bathroom walls have been grouted and the sink and radiator re-fitted. It is now looking almost complete!
	16th December 2008 The bathroom is now finished... Click here for video clips of todays work.
	16th December 2008 ...as is the installation of the loft ladder.
	23rd December 2008 Sometimes a photograph really doesn't do justice to the amound of effort it took! Here we have three TV points fitted in the lounge, dining room and main bedroom. In order to get the cables to the sockets we had to lift most of the floorboards downstairs and run cables up the walls and the outside of the house!
	23rd December 2008 Well that's all for this year. Many thanks to everyone who has visited the property to take a look or emailed with your comments (and sometimes just to say they would do it differently!) Next to install are the gas fires and kitchen units and we'll be hoping to purchase these in the Boxing Day sales! We'll be back with more updates on the 5th January 2009. We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a very happy 2009
